Thanksgiving in Washington.....A first

We ended up staying home for our first Thanksgiving in Washington. Brian was excited because it meant he got to go play in the Turkey Bowl our Elder’s Quorum has every Thanksgiving morning. I took Titon and Diesol to cheer from the sideline. We made it for about 45 minutes in some good cold and dry weather and then the storm hit, so we packed up and went home to wait for daddy.

We went down to Grandma and Grandpa Fuller’s for Lunch. When we got there we were surprised that the power was out, so we ate by candle light and quickly so our food was still hot. We had a great meal and played lots of games and enjoyed being with the family. There are many things we are grateful for and this year we are especially grateful for our health and happy family.
